Autumn Cuisine in Hibiya (2025) Katsukichi Hibiya International Building

Thank you for your continued patronage of Katsukichi. The cooler weather is finally here.

Today, we’d like to introduce you to the autumn dishes (from October 2025) at Katsukichi Hibiya International Building Branch..

 

 

First up is our winter specialty, fried oysters.

We source domestically sourced raw oysters from places like Anrakujima in Toba, Mie Prefecture, and Okayama Prefecture, and combine several of them to make a single fried oyster. This traditional dish involves purchasing fresh oysters that have just arrived at the market early in the morning, wrapping them in the finest fresh bread, and deep-frying them. Enjoy with a generous dollop of tartar sauce. This traditional method has been used since Katsukichi was founded in Muromachi, Nihonbashi, in 1958.

 

 

At our Hibiya store, we offer a “Fried Oysters and Pork Cutlet Platter.” Please enjoy the seasonal flavors!

 

 

This autumn, we will be offering an assortment of appetizers (meat, boiled egg, potato salad), marinated mushrooms, rolled omelet, Hyuga chicken steak, assorted fried vegetables (eggplant, satsumaage), and mushroom croquette curry rice.

All dishes are cooked using methods that bring out the flavor of the ingredients. We hope you enjoy the taste of spring.

 

 

 

 

Katsuyoshi Hibiya International Building branch also offers a banquet course. Please feel free to use it for welcoming and farewell parties.

*Please make your reservation in advance for the banquet course. *It is possible to add an all-you-can-drinks plan to the banquet course. This is a special banquet plan that includes draft beer, highballs, authentic shochu, and more. Please feel free to ask.

 

 

 

Our special pork cutlet curry, made with plenty of vegetables and chicken bones, is also very popular. It comes with red miso soup, salad, and pickles. *Once the curry is sold out, sales will end for the day. Please enjoy it while you can!
